Please note that you need to apply for double or multiple entry visas if after entering Russia you plan to visit other countries and then come back.
A Russian visa doesn’t allow you to visit CIS countries (Belorussia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc.). Please apply for entry permit according to local migration law.
The Represenative Office for the MTC in Taipei doesn’t have the authority to help travelers if they encounter visa or entry problems in CIS countries.
New entry regulations between Russia and Belorussia were introduced on May 15, 2017: all travelers need to apply for a Russian visa (including transit visa) if they travel from Belorussia to Russia.
In order to improve the quality of the service during visa issuance process, starting from January 1, 2016 the Consular section of the MTC Representative office will be receiving visa application forms, filled out either in Russian or English and printed out from the following website of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (https://visa.kdmid.ru).
Visa applications that are filled in other ways will not be approved for further consideration.
Notice that all the visa applications should have a photo attached and the signature of the applicant. Information provided for visa applications should be complete and authentic. Any false information might lead to a denial of the visa application or cancelation of a visa that has already been issued. In addition, it might result in taking additional actions that are under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.
